2nd edition of the international scientific conference “Reshaping Education through Innovation and Technology”

Between the 23rd and 24th of September 2022, the Romanian-American University, together with Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Nagaoka University of Technology from Japan and the Japanese Embassy in Romania, has organized the second edition of the international scientific conference “Reshaping Education through Innovation and Technology”.

The keynote speakers of this edition were: Sung-Chull Lee, Ph.D. Prof. – Chair of the Committee on Global Social Innovation at Hanyang University (Seoul, Republic of Korea) and Yoshiyuki Sankai, Ph.D. Prof. – Executive Research Director of the Center for Cybernics Research, Director of F-MIRAI Center (R&D Center for Frontiers of MIRAI in Policy and Technology), University of Tsukuba, as well as President and CEO of CYBERDYNE Inc.

Over the two-day period, this year’s conference has reunited important guests once more: Mr. Sebastian Burduja – Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitalization, His Excellency Mr. Hiroshi Ueda – Ambassador of Japan in Romania, His Excellency Mr. Kap-Soo Rim – Ambassador of the Republic of Korea in Romania, Mr. Tatsuo Kitagawa – Counselor and Assistant Chief on the mission within the Japanese Embassy in Romania, Minoru Umeda, Ph.D. Prof. – Executive Director and Vice-President of Nagaoka University of Technology, Mr. Costel Negricea, Ph.D. habil. Prof. – Rector of the Romanian-American University, Mr. Tudor Edu Ph.D. habil. Prof. – Vice-rector of Scientific Research, Innovation and Internationalization within the Romanian-American University, and Mrs. Ana-Maria Stancu, CEO Bucharest Robots.
