31 years since the establishment of the Romanian-American University
Today, 17th of April 2022, the Romanian-American University reaches 31 years of existence that have been filled with exquisite experiences for all the members of its academic community.
The University was set up in 1991 as the initiative of Ion Smedescu, Professor Ph.D., with the mission of promoting the educational values of the American academic education given the rich traditions of the Romanian education.
Through its student-oriented and overall society-oriented study programs and academic activities, the Romanian-American University contributes to the promotion of excellence in education, scientific research and innovation, as well as engendering professional, moral and social responsibility.
