Short description:

• I am a Ph.D. lecturer at the School of Management-Marketing within the Romanian-American University, Bucharest. The main activities carried out are teaching and scientific research.
• I graduated the Schools of Management (2003) and International Economic Relations (2004) and the master’s degree in Business Administration (2005) at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest, obtaining a doctorate in management in 2011 with the doctoral thesis “Managerial reengineering in European context”.
• In more than 15 years of activity, I have gained valuable experience through courses and seminars held in the field of management.
• The main concern is the permanent updating of knowledge in the field of management and their use through articles, participation in national and international conferences.
• In addition to teaching activities, I coordinate students in the development of their bachelor and master thesis.
• The teaching activities aim to create and maintain an interactive climate, so that students can express themselves freely and be supported to contribute to the field of scientific research.
