Short description:

• I am an entrepreneur and business consultant, with academic teaching experience since 2017.
• I practice business teaching (training) since 2006, as an expert in: Business Strategy, Performance Management/MBO, Change Management, Sales & Negotiation, Key Account Management & Distribution, Leadership, Coaching, Emotional Intelligence. I trained during this period top and middle managers from over 120 companies, from blue chips to local and start-ups.
• I acquired over 25 years of practical experience in marketing & sales at strategic (board) level, both locally and internationally, working for top multinational companies from various industries (FMCG, Pharma, Electronics & IT, Industrial equipment, Furniture & Home Decorations).
• As a consultant, I support together with my team companies in strategic shift/strategic performance programs, organization development programs, process re-engineering & optimization programs, ERP implementation.
• As an entrepreneur I set-up 5 companies in business services, 3 still active and growing every year.  One of these companies, was market leader in Romania in it’s niche (market research & evaluation of employees performance in customer experience), with more than 50% market share for 5 years in a row, and activated in 14 European countries. It was acquired by the EU leader in the industry, from Austria, in 2017.
• Apart from Master for the Administration of Companies, I am a certified expert in Customer Experience Management, a Certified Executive Coach and Master Trainer for Leadership. Laterally, I have a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt diploma (GSDC).
