Short description:
- Mrs. Mironescu Alexandra-Andreea is a University Lecturer at the School of Management and Marketing of the Romanian-American University of Bucharest. The main activities carried out within the institution are teaching and scientific research.
- At the same time, she is Logistics Manager for Europe and Asia, on 2 operational segments: intermodal shipping, rail, road, air B2B and B2C and own storage and 3PL.
- In 2006, she graduated from the School of Management within the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies and the School of Law within the Romanian-American University, and in 2008 she graduated the master program “Management of Commercial Affairs” at the Romanian-American University.
- She has continuously improved through logistics profile courses: AUTOCad – Design of the operational areas in the Warehouse, “Forecasting”, “Operations Management: Processes and Supply Chain”, “Warehousing Operations: ISO 8000 & GS1”, “Commercial Contracts and Operations”, “Business Communication”, “Elements of Transactional Analysis”, as well as “Strategies and Policies of Human Resource Management”.
- She has held specialized courses: “Human Capital”, “Supply Chain”, Logistics and Warehousing Management, Customer Relationship Management in Romania, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.
- In the 14 years of activity in Operational Logistics and the 16 years of teaching activity, she has gained valuable experience by carrying out daily logistic operational tasks, as well as through the courses and seminars held annually.
- The main concern is the permanent updating of the operational knowledge in the field practiced and taught to students and master students, as well as their capitalization by holding specialized conferences.
- In the teaching activities, she aims to transmit logistical-operational know-how so that the students and master students already develop their skills and competences for effective work in order to reduce their “induction” and “onboarding” time within the workplaces, as well as for their access to a promotion, as well as the professional retraining according to the new specialization obtained.
