Short description:

• Alexandra is Partner with Deloitte Romania, leading the corporate income tax practice. Throughout her career, she accumulated extensive experience in matters related to domestic and international tax, having advised companies on a variety of projects, ranging from financing, expansion, mergers & acquisitions and many others.
• Alexandra is licensed in “International Business & Economics” and holds a Master degree in “International Project Management„ (Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest). Currently, she is conducting doctoral studies in public fiscal policy, within the same Academy.
